Or At least 5 years administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in a post carrying a scale of Rs. 8000-275-13500/- (revised in PB3: Rs. 15600-39100+GP RsS400 in 6th CPC / Pay matrix level-IO in 7th CPC)
