• Age: Should be below 32 years on the date of application. Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt. Rule.

• Qualifications: Ph.D in any branch of Chemical Sciences. Candidates who have submitted PhD thesis but are yet to receive the degree are also eligible. But if selected, they will be receiving reduced fellowship (equivalent to SRF position) until the PhD degree certificate is submitted.
