Officers retired from Central Government/ Central Autonomous Bodies, preferably from the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG), in the grade pay of Rs 5400 only. c. At least 10 years’ experience in Budget and Accounts. d. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in addition to excellent knowledge in Budget and Accounts. e. Knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office, etc. f. Candidates should be well conversant with functions like drafting, noting, budget, accounts, office procedure, etc
